Day 01 : Trivandrum
On arrival at the Trivandrum Airport or Railway station, our company's
staff will escort you to the hotel. After a traditional Indian welcome at
the reception, check in and relax in the comforts of the hotel room. Later
in the afternoon proceed for a Half a day city tour of Trivandrum. The word
Thiruvananthapuram means place of sacred serpent & literally known as

Day 03 : Varkala
On the 3rd day of your Kerala Backwaters Tour after breakfast checkout the
hotel. Today you will be driven towards Varkala. Varkala is an exotic beach
city. It is also a pilgrimage centre dedicated to lord Vishnu. This seaside
resort & spa with high mountains has rich mineral water which blown out
majestically from the coastline. Varkala is a best spot in Kerala for
watching sunset. Varkala is one of the famous sacred beaches in South India.
The beach also called as the papanasam beach, because the legend says that
bathing here will wash away all one's sins & makes the soul pure. On
arrival Varkala, we will assist you for checking into the beach resort,
after some fresh up proceed for a half day city tour, visit Sivagiri Mutt,
The Memorial of Sri Narayana Guru, Janardhana Swami temple, Varkala Beach,

Day 04 : Alleppey
On the 4th day of your Kerala Backwater tour, after breakfast checkout from
the beach resort, Today you will be driven towards Alleppey. Allapuzha or
Alleppey is one of the most exotic backwater sites of kerala & it is
popularly known as 'Venice of the East'. It is interlocked by a number of
canals, lakes & lagoons. Alleppey is nestled in the Arabian sea &
Vembanad Lake. Alleppey has been gifted with immense natural beauty. On
arrival Alleppey, board the traditional house boat for full day stay,
sailing in this moving house boat is an incredibly a fantastic experience.
While sailing down in a maze of lagoons, canals & lakes one can feel the
natural beauty of kerala villages, coconut palms, green surroundings, lush
paddy fields & many more. The delicious meals like lunch, dinner, next

Day 05 : Kumarakom
On the 5th day of your Kerala Backwater tour, after breakfast, disembark
the houseboat, & proceed towards Kumarakom. Kumarakom is a beautiful &
a pleasant village on the Vembanad Lake. This small backwater world is an
enchanting backwater destination. It has unimaginable beautiful mangrove
forests, coconut grooves, & lush green paddy fields which are covered
with shimmering watery ways & canals. It is a diamond in India's

Kumarakom is a small world of backwater, thatched houseboats, cormorants,

sanctuary, which is a favorite of migratory birds. On arrival Kumarakom we
will assist you in transferring on the backwater resort & later in the
afternoon enjoy the comfort of the backwater resort & just chilled up
and get ready for visit the sight seeing places of Kumarakom such as
Vembanad Lake, Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, Watery Fields & back water (the
jewels of kerala). Enjoy a delicious dinner & over night relax at the
resort & get ready to move your memorable destination - Cochin, early
next morning.
On the 6th day of your Kerala Backwater tour, after breakfast checkout the
resort & proceed towards Cochin. Cochin is Kerala's most cosmopolitan
city which is located on the west coast of India. The scenic location of
Cochin has a natural harbor with lagoons, canals & fishing hamlets
surrounded by palm groves, green fields, inland lakes, & backwaters etc.
On arrival Cochin we will assist you for transferring into the hotel. Later
in the afternoon proceed for a half day city tour. Visit some of the sight
seeing places like Fort Kochi, Kerala History Museum, Dutch Palace, Jewish
Synagogue, Bolghatty Palace, St Francis Church, Willington Island,
Chottanikara Temple, Koder House, Hill Palace Museum, Parishanth Taamburan
Museum, Santa Cruz Cathedral, Chinese Fishing Nets etc, later in the evening
proceed for a Kath kali show, a classical dance of kerala. Have a delicious

Day 07 : Cochin
On the last & 7th day of your Kerala Backwater Tour, after breakfast
checkout the hotel & transfers to Cochin Airport/Railway station to
board your onward destination Flight or Train. With happy memories.
